Refunds (non-warranty)

Don’t like the item you received? Is it different from what you expected, or perhaps you’ve just changed your mind? All good, message us via our Contact page or email us at within seven days of receipt to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN), quoting the date of purchase, order number and what the item is you wish to return. Once we’ve responded with your RAN, simply send it back to us in the same condition in which you received it, suitable for resale and including packaging, and we’ll refund the full purchase price.

Please note that for health reasons, we can’t accept non-warranty returns of earrings that have been worn. We do not refund postage.

Refunds (warranty)

If an item arrives faulty or broken, or becomes defective within 12 months of purchase,contact us and let us know the problem, and we will sort it out in accordance with the usual warranties which are your protection under the law.
